Ingredients

10 cups2.5 LBlueberries
20 cups5 LGAY LEA - Nordica 2%
3 cups750 mLWalnuts, chopped
1 1/4 cups300 mLLiquid Honey
1/2 cup125 mLFlaxseeds, optional
1/4 cup50 mLGinger, minced
2 tbsp30 mLPure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Pulse blueberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Stir blueberries with cottage cheese, walnuts, honey, flaxseed (if using), ginger and vanilla until well combined. Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours before serving.
  • Serve with fruit salad or over warm oatmeal.
