Health Tip : This Valentine’s day, skip the chocolates and go directly to breakfast in bed!

Anyone can buy a box of heart-shaped chocolates, but nothing says love like breakfast in bed. A light breakfast, filled with fruit, will give you that little burst of energy you need to get-up-and go.

Treat your loved one to a scrumptious breakfast featuring these gorgeous red-hued fruits:

  • Red grapefruit sprinkled with toasted coconut and dotted with touch of Real Coconut whip cream. Serve with a soft-boiled egg and slice of rustic whole grain toast.
  • Fresh (or frozen) cranberries sautéed in a little butter and drizzle of honey; serve warm over a small bowl of creamy cottage cheese sprinkled with cinnamon.
  • Whole grain baguette pieces toasted, spread with natural crunchy peanut butter and topped with fresh raspberries. Delicious with a frothy latté.
  • Luscious strawberry filled blintz served with a side of fresh sliced strawberries and a steamy cup of lemon tea.

Add a little sparkle to your breakfast tray! Serve bubbly water in champagne flutes with a splash of pure pomegranate juice.
