Daily Servings

According to Canada's Food Guide, the recommended milk and alternatives servings per day, depending on your age, gender and body size, are as follows:

Children 2-8 years: 2 servings per day
Children 9-13 years: 3-4 servings per day
Teen 14-18 years: 3 - 4 servings per day
Adults 19-50: 2 servings
Adults 51+: 3 servings per day
