Jalapeño Horseradish Dip

Try as a side dip with your sweet potato fries!

Ingredients

1 cup250 mLGAY LEA - Regular Sour Cream
1/2 cup125 mLGAY LEA - Nordica 2%
1 1 Jalapeno Pepper(small), finely diced
1/4 cup50 mLPrepared Horseradish
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, jalapeño and horseradish. Stir well. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
