Chimichurri Cottage Cheese Salad Topper

Ingredients

2 cups500 mLNordica Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup125 mLParsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp30 mLRed Wine Vinegar
1 1 Garlic Clove, large and minced
1/4 tsp1 mLSalt
1/4 tsp1 mLPepper
1/4 tsp1 mLCrushed Hot Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and pepper flakes well.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.
  • Serve with mixed green salad and grilled flatbread.
