2 cups500 mLNordica Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup125 mLRed Peppers, roasted and finely chopped
1/4 cup50 mLMarinated Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
2 tsp30 mLIvanhoe Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp15 mLCapers, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and capers well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.
  • It’s great paired with salad and crusty Italian bread.
