Gay Lea’s Energy Recovery Whey Management took home the prize for the Most Innovative Project during the Horizon Utilities’ 3rd annual Energy Champion awards.
“Gay Lea Foods is proud to the accept this honour on behalf of all the employees and management at the Salerno site who exemplify Gay Lea’s commitment to energy conservation and best practices,” said Michael Barrett, president and CEO of Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Ltd.
Accepting the award for Gay Lea were Marilou Lacampuenga, Vikram Jaidka and Eugene Mazurkiewicz along with representatives from our project partners, Qualtech and IBStorey.
