Fruitilicious Cottage Cheese

Start your day with this sweet and creamy combination of cottage cheese and fruit. A great breakfast with protein, fibre and little fat. Makes a perfect snack too!

  • Yields: 2 servings
  • Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250mL) raspberries
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) brown sugar
  • 1 cup (250mL) Nordica 4%
  • 1/4 tsp (1mL) vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp (1mL) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5mL) brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries and brown sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese and remaining 3 ingredients. Place cottage cheese mixture in serving bowl and top with sugared raspberries.
  • Good source of calcium.
